Hi
i want to setup the workflow authorisation such that , the purchase document is approved by level 1 user first and then it is passed by level 2 user. Does navision support this kind of workflow?

What is the definition of a 'level 1'-user? Is that the creator of the order?
What is the definition of a 'level 2'-user?

no, 1st level user is not the creator of the order...
the flow is like this,
Purchase Assistant Creates the PO-> is approved by Purchase Manager at 1st Level -> approved by Factory Manager at 2nd Level...

i mean the Authorisation Levels at the Workflow Template....0

Use the field "Task/Authorization Level" to define different level of authorization.CA Sandeep Singla

for tinoruijs- its NAv 4.0 SP3
for ssingla- the authorizations levels are already set at Task/Authorization Levels at Workflow Template...
