Eship - Reprinting UPS Label

When I go into posted packages (or Misc. Posted Packages) and click on Package->Labels I see 1 UPS Label (for example)
On the Bottom when I click on the label Button i have two choices.
1)Print Package label
2)View with Notepad
View with notepad works fine.
When I click on Print Package Label it goes to a command prompt:
c:\Program Files\Navision Attain\Client>
and that's it...
I can reprint the label by adding a few steps....
in order to re-print this label I first have to View in Notepad->Save as "c:\eship\Label.txt"
then click on Print Package Label which brings me to the command prompt
and then I can manually type PRINT C:\ESHIP\LABEL.TXT
which prints the label. I was wondering for those who have eship if this is their experience or when you click Print Package Label - it actually works without any further user input?

a little backup to explain why...
we usually do not reprint ups labels from Posted packages but it does offer the function...
We had a few orders that were COD CASH or MONEY ORDER and UPS picked up a Check. Which bounced and they are saying they are not responsible. So I wanted to reprint the label that was on the box to show them what it said and how it looked.
as above I did so but i think the Print Package label function should do just that.0 -
one error found...
on the KEY:
UPS First Package Tracking No.
the SumIndexFields field associated with it was missing..
SUMIndexFields ->Calculation Weight (LBS) as was added which allows me now to use the Print button on the package card.0
