Which Version is better for HR ?

Please tell me in details which version is having the maximum functionality for HR Module i.e. Navision 4.0 or Navision 5.0. And what are the features ?

    Version 4 does not have a comprehensive HR but just basic (employee name and other details, birthdays etc.) Version 5 is not yet released in India so doesn't make any difference.

    There is one add on available for HR module in Navision.
    It is called Neosion payroll.

    Version 3, 4 and 5 have no difference for the HR granule. They are all the same.

    Neogyn offers only Payroll and not HR. It has no feature for employee appraisel, training etc which are core for any HR solution.
