Returning Items With Item Tracking Funcionality

Hello,
i want to return a item from a customer, with item tracking funcionality, but when i'm in the Receipt Document, i can't see the original Serial N.º of the Item i send to the customer, to return exactly the same item i send to the customer. I don't want to create a new serial number, but get the original one and return it to inventory.

Anyone Help me....

    Hi:

    in Return Orders: in the line show column "Apply from item entry" and use it, then you can enter manually item SN in item tracking lines.

    I've tried that already, the problem is that i want to obtain the same serial n.º and not insert a new ones.
    I wonder if there is a automatic way of getting the original serial n.º instead of insert a new one, or insert the same manually.

    You can insert the same SN......
    I can do it on my database
