commerce.orderpipeline error in Commerce Portal

Hi,
I have installed the commerce portal in the following configuration:
Win2003
SQL2000
Commerce Server 2002 SP3
Navision 4.0 Sp1
Nas 4.0 sp1
commerce portal 3.7B
After installation and tackling several problems, I can show the start page of the demo site. However, the error message shown in the middle of the web site.
Commerce.OrderPipeline error '81100012'
Component Execution failed for component[0x5] hr: 0x81100012 ProgID: Commerce.CSFEvalTargetGroups.1 Couldn't find specified expression ID '9' in the expression store.
/commerceportal/./include/advertlib.asp, line 62
It seems the site cannot show the catalog. I had tested the login mechanism. It works and sunchronized with the Navision database at the backend.
