How to set a group filters in Employee Portal

G' Day All
May i how to set a group filters in the EP. I know it will work, if we set standard filter of the web part request card.
what i need is, when a salesperson login into the web part from outside, he should able to view only his customers alone.
Likewise, whoever is the salesperson it should show the corresponding customers. is it possible.......
Plz let me how to do these......
