you can get it on Navision CD installation. You can also order the DVD from mibuso.

Are both these applications on the mibuso 4.0 DVD ?

The Navision 4.0 DVD contains the full product CD of the W1 (Worldwide) version. So you also get the Server, NAS, N/ODBC, CFRONT etc. Furthermore, the DVD contains some country versions, but only the Client-folder (so you have the country's database, help-files and setup-program for the client) and Upgtk-folder (Upgrade toolkit).
