Backup Error- error 1190 in module 19

Hi;
When I try to make a backup from Navision 4.0, I had the error starting with "There is an error in the database structure. The error (1190 in module 19) may have been caused by the computer or a program.
Table:G/L Account
Company:
Key Fields:No.
etc......."
Navision is working properly with all the functionality. And users are entering data without any problem. But this backup problem annoys me alot.
Does anyone have an idea?
