MenuSuite shortcuts groups duplicated and hidden in origin

Hi all,

using Navision 4.0 Sp1,

if I send a group from the navigationpane to the shortcut, first all is well.

But after restarting the client, the group is duplicated in the shortcut menu and hidden in the origin menu.

Even if you delete it from the shortcut, it is still hidden in its origin menu.

The desigener shows it correct.

Only solution is, to delete the users record from the table 2000000061.

It happens only with groups, not with items!

Is this a bug or I'am on the wrong trail?

I have just had exactly the same problem with V4 SP3. The only solution I could find was to remove the user's entry in the User Menu Level table where Level is User Changes. This unfortunately removes all the changes the user has made.

Did you find a better solution?

I've been in touch with Henning and he doesn't have any other solution. I haven't found any reference to the problem in the MS Knowledge Base or Known Issues so until I can replicate the problem I cannot log an incident with MS. In the meantime the only solution I have is to edit the User Menu Level table.

Sorry I never found the cause but the problem has miraculously gone away. I've had no further instances since November 06.
