Hello,

I have a problem with my AOS.
The AOS stop when users connect. In the event log I have this error (id 110) : " Concurrent number of AOS' for this application exceeds the licensed number"
Do you have a solution?

Thanks
PS : sorry for my bad english...

My problem is resolv. Delete event viewer and restart the AOS service! It's strange...

    Hi,

I do not think deleting event viewer has anything to do with the error message.

If you have multiple AOS license and if you still get this error message, then you must disable the opportunistic locking. This is a widely reported problem affecting Windows OS. For more info please refer to this excellent KBarticle.

If you decide to go down this route, please make sure that you first test this in your test environment.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi,

I just noticed this. Apparently the kernel update released by MS on 7th February seems to fix this error message that you had mentioned.

If you are using Axapta 3.0 / SP3, perhaps you might want to download/install this update.

Hi, we are experiencing the same problem. We are using Axapta 3.0 SP4. What is the cause of this problem. We have 4 AOS license and we are just running on 2 AOS when we hit this problem. Please advice. Thanks
