Fields in Forms

Does anyone know if there is a way to know or validate at runtime if a certain field is in a form?

As most of you know, the fields information is gathered at table 2000000041 (Field). And the information about the fields in a form must be stored somewhere also. Problem is: Do we know were it is, and do we have access to it?

No, the information about fields in the form is not saved in a table. Do not forget, that each field in a form is some control which is part of the form. It means, the informations about visible field in a form is part of the form definition...
