Inconsistent User permission on Client

Setting:
I am running Attain 3.70B on SQL.

Issue:
A Users Have Permission to some objects when running Attain on a Cleint Machine connected to the Server. But this same User DO NOT have permission when logged on via another Client.

Question:
1. What could be the Cause of this issue?
2. How could this be resolved?

are they using the same login? Maybe it's windows authenication and they loging with different ID. Never heard of this problem.
When the user logins into server, the client loads permission from the server, so it doesn't matter which computer you are using, unless ofcourse the user ID is different.

the User used the same Windows Login.

delete the ZUP file...and see what happens

ZUP file deleted. Yet problem persists

Are you quite sure that the user used the same login? Did you test it with him? Or are you just taking his word for it?

The permissions are depending on:

Roles (user account)
License (loaded from server, if not manually changed before connecting)

It seems that the account is different. Check if the user is loging under domain account. If you are using windows groups to assign roles, check, that the user is re-logged into windows since last change of his membership in the groups.
