SalesInvoice Report design problem

Hi there i spent hours in looking for a property that makes the body in the SalesInvoice report so long(i mean even if i have one line there are 50 empty and i would like to keep the footer right beneath the last line of body section), Does anybody know which property i how i should set it so that i fix that problem. Please help. Thanks in Advance:)

1) If the footer is on the end of page, check PlaceInBottom
2) Check if there are no empty lines in the Invoice
3) There are many other posibilities of Why... please, describe, where is the footer printed - always on next page, always 50 empty lines from last line...0 -
I gave the footer fixed height and it looks ok now but your hints helpd me for further impoving the design . Thanks0

). I still have the problem.... I couldn't find PlaceInBottom property...i trieed FitToPage and everything but its just helpless
