Insert Head problem with a different table

Hello,

I have Employee Portal in my server working properly with the
demo data. but afterwards i have tried to do different things with
EP. I did the followings but get the " :roll: Navision error (10500): RECORDREF variable not initialized" error.
I created a web part request template (card form)with InsertHead action for table 162 and i created InsertTask function in the codeunit 6822.
But the same error goes on.

Is there anybody who have an idea about this problem?

Did you rerRecordRef.OPEN(DATABASE::"My Table") your recordref-variable before using it?

did you add your new table in the switch on top of the codeunit 6822?
Did you restart NAS after you did the modifications?
