sale relates to forecasting

Hi all,
I have a problem that is really painful to me, that is as follows:
item a inventory qty = 200 pcs
forecasting = 150 pcs
actual sale = 50 pcs

what will be the available to promise ? I will be waiting for your ans. ](*,)

I don't think so, if location code is same either for inventory, sales forecasting and actual sale in sales order, the ATP (available to promise), means item that is available to be sold exists in inventory right now, will be taken from inventory.
