problem with user & password

hi:
afther restore server.exe from cd because it was dissapear, and don´t run the service, when I run navision and i say the username and the password, Navision say me that the "it´s invalidate, try again", but it´s the same.

I try restore of backup, i try repair from cd ,... but the problem is the same.
What can I do?

Are you able to connect to the database directly, without connecting through the server? (single user access mode)
