negative value in capacity column of machine center load

Dear all,
I am looking for the answers of my problem relate to machine load as follows:
machine A : capacity = 2 ; concurrent capacities = 2 (in routing)
machine A is one of five machines in consolidation to work center B,
Work center B : capacity = 1; work shift = 2 shifts (monday to friday; 8 hours/shift).
the problem is about negative value in the capacity column in machine center load, why can't it be happened and when I drill down to see the calendar entries the values in the total and effective capacity column are negative too?
