Configurator and Business Analytics

hello all, i'm working with Business Analytics with Navision 4.0.
But After creating cubes, i execute the configurator in Navision interface but i received an error: "Database BA is not yet definied".
Later I try to execute the BAConfigurator40.exe manually by double-clicking on, the installation starts and after two seconds i receive a message box error : Fail connecting user '(null)' and after "installation failed" and i can't see the log of this error anywhere
Somebody could help me to resolve it please

1) The configurator need to be called from Navision.
2) The configurator need XML file and some parameters to start...
3) You need to run the configurator on the server where the Analysis services are installed
4) The log files are in same directory where is the configurator installed (default %Program Files%\Business Analytics)
