Error forward schedulling in planning production order

Dear all experts,
I need your helps to give me some solutions relate to production orders manually created and using forward schedulling. I create to production orders of two different items with a different qty and using the same machines (but different routing and same productive+non productive time) with finite loading set up is the machines Capacity constrained resource load + dampener 99%+0.5%.
the problems encounter as follows:
1. when I set up due date in header 051205 to the 2 items , the result after refresh doesn't follow the due date I want to both but the starting time can begin at 8.00 a.m of the first production order created but the second production order begin at 1.00 p.m.
2. after production orders created, I change the due date to be 051205 to both, and refresh without check mark in line field in the option, the due date I want created but the starting time doesn't begin from 8.00 a.m to both prod. orders.
