Copy value from flowfield to normal field?

I want to have the same value in flowfield and normal field so I can use that normal field as SumIndexField.
Can this be done?
I tried but I can't get it to work :(
Better to be critical then self-critical :)

    You would have to update the normal field all the time, so it is not a very good idea.
    What do you want to do exactly?
