
Problem related to solution center change, they found it and fixed it.
trying to credit a customer for a serialized item they bought,
but I can not assign item tracking number to return line, I receive the error, there are no positive item enteries for XXXXXXX. But there can not be by diffenition, this is an item I have already sold and removed from inventory and the sale return document will credit the customer and put the item back into my inventory.
I can not post the sale return document, because I get the error message
item XXXXX requires a serial number.
How can I record a sales return for an item that has tracking required ?
