Access from menu

I have a question. Recently I created a form and add it under the order folder of the Sales & Marketing menu. Why can some people see the form, while some can't though they can see all the forms in this folder? Thanks in advance!

Actually the form is based on the new table I recently created. If the user's role is super, he can view it. Any way for me to add no restriction so that everyone can access it no matter what role he has now?

As you can see, it is because the users have no pwrmission for the base table of the form. It is very good thing, becuase it is why you do not have the menu full of things for which you have no permissions...
