create a Production Order from Requisition Worksheet

Hello,

can anyone help me plz?
I can not create a Production Order from a Requisition Worksheets.
Maybe there is something wrong at my configuration.

Item Card
Replenishment System: Prod. Order
Vendor No.: '' (blank)
Manufacturing Policy: Make-to-Stock
Routing No: exists (Status: Certified)
Production BOM No: exists (Status: Certified)

Information on the Requisition Worksheets:
Accept Action Message: yes
Quantity: 11
Due Date: 24.01.2006
Prod. Order No: (blank)
Ref. Order No: FA100
Ref. Order Type: Prod. Order
Replenishment System: Prod. Order

When I use the Function (Carry out Ation Message...) on the Requistion Worksheets, I get a popup Message "There is nothing to create."

Where is the mistake?

Create the lines from planning worksheet. Requisition doesn't create production orders. I believe.

Correct, if you don't have production, you use that one.

Hi Trancu,
Your production order just simply made by clicking order button and select planning, afterwards, you go to requisition worksheet and carry out action message of your purchased item, so whatever reordering policy and manufacturing policy you made, it will be successful except replenishment system that must be set purchase in your item cards.
