EP Lookup with table filter

I want to use the Base Unit of Measure Lookup on the item card, but the lookup has a filter ("Item Unit of Measure".Code WHERE (Item No.=FIELD(No.))). I created a ITEMUOMLIST for lookup, but how can I set the lookup from the ITEMCARD to only show from list where ITEMOUMLIST.Item No. = ITEMCARD.No?
