Fetching record from the sales order form

Hi All,
How to fetch Item record (where Availability is <= 0)from the sales order form with and add the item to the Purchase order form, so that I can make purchase order for those items.

I think, you can do something like this through requisition worksheet - if the system is set correctly, it will order all needed items...

There is a add-on available that also does this if your interested, we use it and it works well.
