How can I get an object to export to txt regardless of errors ?

No way, if you have some errors when exportin, you need to solve them in some way, because you have no other choise...

Open the object in Design-mode and Save it back but uncheck the Compiled field. This way, your object (containing the error) will be saved uncompiled. Now you can export this object to text-format.

Of course you need to have the appropriate designer permissions in your license file.
