Open the Navisoin for SQL client. Create a new database on the server. I think that once you've created a new database, you are connected and you can upload the license. You do this by clicking tools, license information, upload, browse to the license file and click ok. This loads the license onto your master database on SQL Server and you should be able to connect.

If that doesn't work, then restore the Cronus backup into the new database and try uploading the license again. If that still doesn't work you'll probably need to recreate the database from scratch, and BEFORE YOU EXIT Navision you will need to upload the license.

    You can use another way:

    1) Open Navision SQL Option client
    2) Tools- License informations - Change
    3) Select your license
    4) Open the DB (it may connect, because previously selected license will be used)
    5) Tools-License informations - Upload
    6) Select your license
