Dear Experts

Where can i find "INQUIRY" details in navision???? is there a possibility that i can copy the details in Inquiry and create a Quote and Sales order for that Quote????

As far as i Know there is nothing called "inquiry" in Navision.
Can u explain ur requirement in more detail....?

By "inquiry: I mean to say the query a customer raises on a particular item....

Like regarding Peice, avail,delivery time required etc.
A sales cycle starts with an inquiry...

Go to the Item Card and browse around there. There are tons of availability options there, and looks into what is on sales order, purchase order and much more.

You can use opportunities in Relationship Management to handle inquiry,
Go to Relationship Management --> Contact Card --> Contact Button -->
Opportunities.Create New Opportunity.
Add necessary fields to opportunity table.
You can Assign Sales Quote to an Opportunity.
Opportunities are linked with sales cycle.
You can also archive Sales Quotes to handle many Sales Quotes for one Inquiry (Opportunity).
