Any idea how to create Custom Menu bar?

Hi all,

I have a client who has multiple companies and he wants a horizontal menu bar to display all the comapnies for which the user is assigned. Does anyone have any idea how to create a custom menu bar with buttons indicating each company, so that the user can automatically login to the company upon clicking.

That's a training issue.
Show them how they are able to access a vertical menu instead by pressing CTRL+O.
