http://servername/MSCRMServices is not responding

Hi all,

I have CRM 3.0 and SQL 2005 installed on the same computer. and Domain
controller configured on another computer.

when i try to connect to the CRM via web browser using
http://servername/MSCRMServices, it gives me authentication error.

Also in deployment manager, when i try to use User Manager it gives me
following error:

http://servername/MSCRMServices is not responding. .... Please contact your
system administrator.

I have my server licence listed in under Licence Manager.
plus
.srf is also
included in MSCRMServices virtual directory.


Please help.
