Update more than 100 databases at the same time

Hy guys,
i must update in near future more than 100 Navision SQL databases (new Objects). All Databases have the same Objectversion. I will not do this manuel :!: My idea: a programm looks an a site if there new objects. Then this programm download this. The Objects embedded in *.msi. And this is my question: It is possible to insert the Navision Objects into an msi:?: This shoud out. update the database without manual doing.
I hope this is not difficult to understand.
