Hi all,
Happy new year to everyone

I'm having a serious problem, i have a 004 license for developing in 4.0, and i obtained it with a company i used to work for...now it's been one year for my lisence and it's almost time for the renewal ( or maintenance or whatever they call it) since i no longer work with my old company, and im working freelance, navision is not letting me renew my license they're saying i need to be a part of a company that is already a microsoft partner, now for technical reasons i cannot have my own company.

does anybody have any suggestions about how to renew my license? i already called every single microsoft phone number and email voice, microsoft, microsoft business solutions, everyone at least 30 times they all keep forwarding me to each other or giving me phone numbers to call

I'd really appreciate some help here

thank you all.

    I'm not going there.. :-#

There's a whole freelancer section either on this site or on mbsonline, maybe you can ask the freelancers what they do about this.

    Freelancers do not get licenses.

If you want to freelance you need your customers to buy their own developers licenses. This way you can do modifications for them.

What you are doing is not exactly legal...

You could ask a solution center, if you could work for them (e.g. on a demand basis...).

Of course you can also change the date of your computer  when working on Navision (if you're not too much concerned about legal).
