License problem again

Hi all!

When I try to open the Navision 4 DB , this is the message i get:
" Your program license does not permit to run this version of Microsoft - Business solution. Please contact your system manager for an upgrade of your license".

also a this message: "The country code in the license file does not correspond to the country code (CA) in the stx file.

What do I need to do to open my database? I know that a friend has used a version 2.XX and change the license for testing. Is that the problem?
If yes, How can I solve that?

1) You need apropriate license for the Navision version - it means, if it is customer license, the customer must pay maintenance fees for getting access to use newer client.

2) If you are using NSC (Partner) or Developer license, the licenses are refreshed each 3 months...
