Navision Desktop Shortcut (link to a form) not work

Hi All,

I have a problem with the desktop shortcut which is linked to a form. I used Windows Authentication to login Navision. When I run the shortcut on the Desktop, it is supposed it will open Navision client and the form. However, in my case, the Navision client is opened (company opened) but the form is not opened. Then I run the shortcut again, it can open the form this time. (This means I need to run the shortcut twice in order to run the form.) However, if I upload another license file into Navision, the same desktop shortcut works fine. So, I wonder whether the problem is related to the Navision license.

Can anyone give me some ideas? Thank you very much!

    Hi Gary,

    I just wondered if you had received any response on this? We just upgraded from version 2.6 to 4.0 (SQL db) and have since started experencing the exact same issue.

    The new navision client hotfix solved this problem.
