navision 4.0 login error

Hi,
Does anyone have an idea what can be a reason when user tries to login ms sql server 2000 database using Navision 4.0 client and gets error message
“Error [Microosoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Timeout expired. State ID = HYT00”
or
“Error [Microosoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver’s SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed. State ID=IM004”?
Only two users get these messages.

It seems that you need reinstall MDAC or disable Antivirus...
