Inventory Value Zero

Hi and Happy New Year,

we have little trouble with any Items.
We have any Items that don't have Flag in Inventory Value Zero.
So that this Items are not excluded from Inventory in all of 2005.

The changes in inventory has a difference in all Months , this difference ist just the amount of the items where we forget set the flag on Inventory value zero field.

What possibilities have we for correct this?

Hi

The checkbox "Inventory Value Zero" only puts the cost amount to zero on the item ledger entries (value entries). I would consider two options:

- Bring the inventory to zero for these items with a negative adjustment, check the "Inventory Value Zero" box and bring the amounts back in inventory (pos. adjustment).
- Make a report that puts the cost amount fields to zero for these items. This is more complex and you need to know a bit how inventory valuation works in Navision.
