Elster Problem "10000"

Hello, I installed the new Update from the 21.12.05 for the VAT 2006. After setting up the Files in Windows (Certificate) and in Navision, I tried to transmitt the XML File to my TAX Office. But all that I get is this Error message:
The error Code 10000 " There was an unexpected Problem, more information you can find unter Stack/Text. Length cannot be less then zero.
Parameter Name: Length" has been received.
The transmission has not been succsessful.

I couldn't find any information for this error Code. Does someone know what I have to do to get this Elster working?

    Doesn't anyone know what the real meaning of the error Code 10000 is?

    were you able to solve this problem ? We currently have exactly the same situation here and we are very interested to know, if you found the reason for that behavour.

    Have exactly the same Problem :(

    "Es wurde der Fehlercode 10000 Bei der Verarbeitung ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten. Weiter Informationen finden Sie in unter Stack/Text.
    Die Länge darf nicht kleiner als 0 (null) sein.

    Parametername: length empfangen."

    At the moment we're hoping that its the lack of the new certificate you have to order from the authoritys...I hate Elster...

    It's easier for the Customer to use ElsterFormular

    What says you NSC?

    I've implemented ELSTER II in 3.70 and 4.0 and get the Error with both versions...

    Someone Already did a successfully transfer with ELSTER II?! ](*,)

    Did anyone found a solution or the meaning of this error?

    i've got the same errorcode at Microsoft Business Solutions Axapta...

    Seems that they share the same code..
