Invalid Bitmap?

I have stored a bitmap in field picture of table company information. However, the picture is neither displayed on the company information form nor printed on reports. If I use another bitmap (the one from Cronus for example) it works just fine.
So I guess it must be the bitmap that is kind of invalid for Navision.

horz resolution: 96 dpi
vert resolution: 96 dpi
bittiefe: 24 (sorry, I have no translation for bitttiefe)

By the way: the "bad" bitmap works ok with word and excel, but not with wordpad?

Try to save as 24 bit-bmp instead of 36 (probably 32) bit....

Do not forget, that Navision is using DPI informations from the bitmap. You need to set zhis value to correct DPI, else the picture will be too BIG or too SMALL...

Thank you all for your answers.
iI really seems the picture is a bit strange. it actually came out of a picture generator.
I have to check with the supplier of the picture generator to change the files.
Wondering why I must use auto generated files in "company information".picture?
Well, this is actually a test for something different (using autog enerated barcodes in forms and reports).

Barcode font??

We use barcode pics & fonts depending on a need. Have you tried using a barcode font yet?

It's not a barcode font, its a bitmap containing a 2D Barcode

Problem is solved. Bitmap generator delivered some kind of invalid bitmap. :oops:
