com object is not initialized

hello,
I am getting following error while initializing the axapta3.0 it comes while initilizing the help system in the installation check list,
Error :- COM object of class 'microsoft.xmldom' could not be created. Ensure that the object has been properly registered on computer.
i registered the business connecter , it shows as it is successfully registered but the same problem occurs, i tried for the 2 times but it shows same , next in component services i made com components shutdown and start them but no use,
