How to use Job Scheduler run MPS/MRP in fixed time peroidic

Dear all,
I have another problem when I want to use the Job Scheduler to define a fixed time to run MPS/MRP in each mid-night. The system cannot stop although the time has over the Shut Down Time defined.
Could I define this job to start each day by itself and stop it at one fixed point by itself, too?
