We don't have import text file liscence. Right now I create a new table based on the existing table and after I created the new table and no data is there. How can I put the data in the new table? Thanks in advance!

The simple answer is put your cursor in the table box & type..but i don't think this is what you mean...
You probably do not have a license to Import or Export Objects as TEXT, but I also think this is not important for you.
You can create a dataport to import TEXT, if you want to bring in info from another source->to that new table.
To Create a new table of your own->Object Designer->Table->NEW
and enter your field No, names, type, Size.
Save it in the 50000 to 50099 with a unique name & your done.
If you then want people to access this table Via a FORM -- then that's the next step.
