Importing table object doesn't change table data.

New object has few ADDED fields & one extra key (not PK).

No it won't change the data, but the new fields will be added to all of the current records but the fields data will be blank.Julian Harper

Ahh, the flow fields won't effect the other data though so you'll be safe
If you're still unsure just make a copy of your database and restore the changes into that to test it.Julian Harper
