I'm a newbie and doing R&D in Navision 4.0
Can anybody explain me how to add menu items to menus in Navigation Pane Designer. Since i am only allowed to add groups and menus and after creating groups when i right click the menu shows me "Insert Menu Item" Option. And after clicking on it the form that opens shows me a disabled form and doesn't show me any addable items in th grid. Its driving me crazy ](*,)
Note:
According to Application Developers Guide It says that there should be an option for "Create Menu Item"
Scenario:
Menu = Payroll
Group = Masters (This should contain the menus for all master forms)
Pls Help [-o<
Thanks in advance

See actually the scenario is as below:
I have created a New Menu Of Type Company Called "Payroll".
Inside this Payroll menu I've added a Group By The Name "Masters".
Inside this "Masters" group I want to add the menu items which will give access to my master forms. That means I want to create a menu item for my each form.
I have two forms "Employee Master" And "Designation Code Setup"
Scenario I want:
Menu = Payroll
Group = "Masters"
Under this "Masters" Group shown in the tree structure in the Navigation Pane I want to add the menus for the above mentioned form.
According to Application Developers Guide. To add a new menu item
I have to right click on the Pane area or Menu Group and select "Create Item" Which Opens The Create Menu Item Form in which following entries are to be made
1. Object Type ( in this case Form)
2. Object ID
3. Caption
4. CaptionML
But in my case this "Create Item" option never comes. :-k
I think may be now I would have been able to explain you my problem correctly.
Pls Help.
Thanks in advance.
