How to display image (logo) on screen with menu

Is there a way to display a company logo or other image on the gray background which appears with the menu (version 4)?

Not via the standard ways, and not even with hacking the fin.exe I think.

Waldo's solution with the form, as discussed in the other tread it the best solution.
