I'm getting bombarded with Ad's on my Radio about this NEW TV show that's coming to us.

They say on the commercial that it's a hit around the world.

For those who have seen this show, What's it all about & is it a good as they advertise it to be????????/

I've seen TV ads for that show. To me it looks like some sort of Fear Factor, where a candidate has to do something for something. It doesn't look like much to me.

Oh there are many nice shows. I just finished season 10 of Friends (love that show), I'm a big fan of Scrubs, M*A*S*H, Columbo, 24 (can't wait for xmas I think I am getting season 4), Alias, Mad about you, and tons more. Kind of like Buffy and Angel (my wife and sister in law were huge fans and I kind of grew into those shows). I always watched saint elsewhere, hill street blues. I'm just getting started there is so much good stuff

In the reality area I only like Big Brother, and even that is really dumb sometimes. It all seems to be about pretty people eating disgusting things, or how to get people to cheat on their mates, or something other that is just nasty and mean spirited. Oh wait, amazing race isn't too bad, at least that has some kind of competition in it.

In Italy, we also have a show like that. It is called "Affari tuoi"

But they don't use models . There is a participant for each region in Italy. Each of them has a packet. 1 of them is chosen to play with some stupid question and who answers correctly has a chance to play. It is quite a success. First season it was Paolo Bonolis. But he chose to do another show (that doesn't have success). And now it is Pupo. Everyone expected that it would lose popularity but it seems it doesn't.
And my little daughter (1 year) likes it a lot, especially the intro music
