How to do reference path file excel for write data ?

I have excel template for input data
but i don't know how to open file excel and
write data to excel template

ex:
I have a file excel in path C:\Navision\excel.xls
I want to write data to file excel by reference path

How to do ?

There is a funktion:
- Export to Excel
- Import to Excel
