we are running attain 3.7 under a citrix environment.
i want to archive some reports as pdf automatically. therefore i have set up a pdf printer on my citrix server, installed navisarchive and did the needed entries in the navision setup. unfortunately the navision setup shows the printer with a net port (i.e. \\servername\printername,NE00:). And here is the Problem. Each user sees the printer with a different net port. so if running the print job with an other user, the job will fail with the error message "printer not found".
has anyone a solution for this problem?

You need only the modification in FindPrinter function...

Note:
In 4.0 the "ne" is not saved into the printer name anymore.
Of course, technical upgrade is the solution too...
