Relationship Management - Outlook Syncronisation

Hi,

We are implementing Relationship Management in Navision Attain 3.6. The client have multiple Branches. We need to setup the Outlook Profile for Sales Person. Now the Problem is that If just give our Navision Server in WAN it gives a very slow response and if we setup VPN/WTS, it does not allow us to select the Outlook profile of Sales Person which has been setup on their Laptop.

Please guide How to setup the Outlook profile for the sales person sitting at the Branches?
