Send Report by Email

We can send the report by email, but one of our workers can't. When he previews the invoice report and clikc the send by email and it goes to the outlook. But when he clicks SEND button in outlook, it doesn't do anything. He can send everything out but not the report. Does anyone know what's the problem? Thanks in advance!
