The various language modules can be downloaded from the partner site.

Note: The language you plan to use must be included in your Navision license.

Also country specific fields will not be translated. For example if you have German specific tables, the Spanish Language pack will only have translations for world wide tables. If you have the US version, I would suggest getting the mexican spanish language pack.
